- Do you offer refunds?
Please measure your nail size correctly first,All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges as all our nails sets are custom and frequently made to order. If you experience a quality issue with your order, please reach out for assistance.
- How long do they take to ship?
Orders are made and shipped in 2 to 5 business days. It will take about 7-14 days to EUROPE，US, CA,UK,AU
- How long do the nails stay on?
It really all depends on how well you prep your natural nails before application, how rough you are on your hands and your choice of adhesive. With nails tabs you can wear them for about 1 to 7 days. With nail glue, for about 1 to 3 weeks.
- Are your nails reusable?
Yes, all handmade presson nails are reusable as long as you take good care of them wearing and during remove process. After you have soaked your nails in warm water, the glue on the back will be soft enough to scrape off for the next application. As for gel tabs, you can peel off easily and ready to be reused.
